1. Shipping Destinations & Timeframes
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union countries, and Australia.

Processing time is the period between when you place the order and when it ships. Delivery time starts once the package leaves our facility. Times are estimates and can vary during peak seasons or due to customs delays.

2. Shipping Costs

  • United States: Free shipping on orders over $50. Standard rate: $5.95 for orders under $50.
  • Canada & United Kingdom: Flat rate $9.95.
  • European Union: Flat rate €12.95.
  • Australia: Flat rate $15.95 AUD.
  • Exact rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and location. We also offer expedited shipping at checkout for an additional fee.

3. Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in the UK. Orders placed after 3pm GMT or on weekends will be processed the next business day. You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders to Canada, the EU, and Australia, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT charged by their local government. These fees vary by country and aren’t included in the shipping cost or product price. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you’re unsure about potential charges.

5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link. You can use this to monitor your package’s progress. Note that tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear after the label is created.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. For packages marked as lost or damaged in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it or send a replacement.

7. Returns & Address Issues
We can’t reroute or change the shipping address once an order has been processed. Please double-check your address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we’ll contact you about re-shipping at your cost.
